We ship free, everywhere in India
Free shipping on all orders across India — no minimum order value, no hidden charges. The price you see is the price you pay.
Once dispatched, you'll receive an SMS and email with a Shiprocket tracking link. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account at hastkaarekhaas.com.
We ship through Shiprocket, working with trusted couriers — Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ekart, and DTDC. The courier assigned depends on your pin code and availability.
We do not currently ship outside India. If you are based abroad and wish to place an order, please write to us and we will do our best to assist you.
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the parcel and the item before opening it fully, and reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Not satisfied? Return within 7 days for a full refund. We arrange and pay for the return pickup.

Write to us or WhatsApp us with your order number and reason for return. We respond within 24 hours and arrange a free pickup from your address.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method — credit/debit card, UPI, or bank account. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
We don't currently offer direct exchanges. To get a different product, return the original for a refund and place a new order. This ensures the fastest turnaround for you.

- Payment information — processed securely through Razorpay; we do not store card details on our servers

- To process and fulfil your orders

Hastkaar-E-Khaas sells genuine handcrafted goods made by artisans using traditional techniques. Please read this section before purchasing — it will help you understand, appreciate, and love what you receive.
Every screen displays colours differently. The colours shown on our website are as accurate as photography and screen technology allow, but the actual product may differ slightly. If you are purchasing for a specific colour match — for a wedding, for example — please contact us first and we will describe the colour precisely or arrange a sample.
Every product is handmade — woven, embroidered, dyed, or printed by human hands, not a machine. No two pieces are exactly identical.
- Handloom fabrics may show slight variations in thread thickness, natural slubs, or minor weave irregularities — these are marks of authenticity
- Hand-embroidered pieces may show slight variations in stitch density or motif placement
- Hand-dyed and tie-dyed fabrics — Bandhani, Leheriya, Ikat, Kalamkari — will show variations in colour intensity and pattern placement
- Block-printed fabrics may show slight variations in print alignment or ink intensity
A perfectly uniform product is a machine-made product. What you are buying is the imperfect, living quality of something made by a human being.
Care instructions are on every product page. Please follow them carefully. Hastkaar-E-Khaas cannot be held responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing, drying, ironing, or storage.
Sarees are typically 5.5 metres in length with a 0.8 metre blouse piece unless otherwise specified on the product page. For specific requirements, please contact us before ordering.
Our photographs represent fabric, colour, and design as accurately as possible. Some images may show styling, draping, or accessories for visual purposes — these are not included with the product unless explicitly stated.
All prices are inclusive of GST and include free shipping and free returns. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of placing your order will always be honoured.
